Deeside Stroke Group
A Stroke Association support group providing weekly exercise and social contact for stroke survivors in Deeside.
Two groups meet as follows:
Aboyne on Mondays at 10.30 am in Aboyne
Banchory meets on Mondays at 2pm in the Deeside Dance Studio
The group meets weekly for exercise and also offers the opportunity to try out the local gym with a qualified physiotherapist
There is an opportunity to have tea/coffee and the class.
The group also provides communication support and there are also occasional social activities.
There is parking available at both venues.
